fmudesign: dependencies not working properly

The "dependencies" functionallity in fmudesign is not working for all cases, e.g when there is a mix of a full montecarlo setup with "dist" and a single sensitivity it might fail when generating. The functionality was a simple adjustment to help full montecarlo setups to add variables that were 100% dependent on the value of another discrete variable.

The dependent variables are now filled in after the whole designmatrix is generated (which works if there is a full mc design), but should ideally have been filled in only for the sensitivity where the "dependencies" column is specified.

So within each sensitivity the variable could either:

• be specified directly
• be specified via the dependencies sheet
• or not be specified, and this column will then at the end be filled with default values.
