"How to find you" section in settings pops in rather jarringly when a new identity server is selected #29330

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Security & Privacy settings
  2. See that "How to find you" is empty when no identity server is selected.
  3. Fill in a new identity server
  4. See that "How to find you" pops in above.

Outcome

What did you expect?

The pop in is less loud. Perhaps just moving that section below identity server, since it effectively is dependent on it.

What happened instead?

The section sits above the ident server input field, which makes the layout shift on input entry.
