Follow these steps to make your contribution:
- Fork the repository.
- Clone your fork of the repository.
- Set up and start your local environment (see steps here).
- Make your code changes and test them in your local environment.
- Push your changes to your fork.
- Submit a pull request to bring your contribution into the production version.
We want to make sure that new and experienced users understand how to use Git and GitHub. Whether experienced or just starting, Git is a very powerful tool, simple to use. For those just starting to use this tool for the first time, “Welcome”! Git and GitHub might be intimidating at first, but with a little practice, you will be a Git pro in no time.
