sub-folder seems to be ignored on the destination path.

If you have an empty subfolder on the target, it will ignore it. In itself it's an annoyance but not critical. However if a sub-sub-folder is not empty, but the original sub-folder is empty (of messages) then it's a problem because the subfolder isn't created but the sub-sub-folder is. I may fork this once I've finished testing to carry out a couple of fixes I've found
