Scrolling Model browsers with the mouse wheel doesn't work

Scrolling in the model browser is only possible using the scroll-bar, however, scrolling with the mouse-wheel is not possible.

Expected result:
Scrolling with the mouse wheel works.

Update:
Scrolling is possible when activating the models' window first, by clicking on whitespace within the model browser.
However, when just hovering over the model window or after clicking on a model (after activating the window first), scrolling does not work.

This is fixed when using Eclipse Neon.2.
