After #6883 and #6852, we should be able to add some tests for vscode built-in extensions. They should help us to test newer versions.

Need to check how it overlaps with #5893. Monaco testing against typescript built-in extension overlaps for example.

Monaco testing can be done as part of #6900. We will need to create tests for all Monaco apis used by the plugin system.
