This is related to a conversation in Sitecore Slack, below is a single place to track all the potential issues with the APIs caused by using the Client Credentials authentication type with the Personalize APIs:

  1. Offer Templates
  • A POST request to /v3/offers returns a "401 (Unauthorized): HTTP 401 Unauthorized"

  1. Audience Sync Templates

  2. Flow APIs
