problem with final results (hist_plot strange)

Hi everyone,

After several runs of purged dups, the hist_plot plot changed from this (first picture) to this (second picture). It's not perfect, but purged-dups can't remove other duplications.

But at the same time, the last Busco is better than the first one
First Busco (before purging) : C:93.5%[S:25.2%,D:68.3%],F:0.3%,M:6.2%,n:1519
Last Busco : C:95.2%[S:78.5%,D:16.7%],F:0.3%,M:4.5%,n:1519

What do you think of my results ? Is it OK for you ? Are the differents depth the results of real duplication and not the results of different haplotyps ?
