• 无法快速查询历史记录，一些曾经提问过的相关问题无法快速定位。
• 无法导出历史记录内容，整理归纳做笔记相对麻烦一些。

Describe the solution you'd like

• 历史记录查询。希望至少可以通过标题检索，最好是能够全文检索。
• 历史记录导出。因为自己会写笔记进行归纳总结，历史记录偶尔渲染出现问题，一直 loading 。每次切换要重新 fetch , 比较费时，体验相对差一些。最好是能一个 thread 导出一个 md。
• 可以作为 pro 增值功能
