importing unicode encoded playlist is broken #71

importing playlist with non ASCII characters is broken. last update from 21. April 2019 didn't solved it.

searching non-ascii title works just perfect.

Hopefully it'll be fixed now, closing issue, reopen if v1.1.5 doesnt fix it
