[feat] Computer usage tool with Anthropic

This is going to be fairly indepth example however if we can manage this cleanly then agents will be able control desktops along with interfacing with APIs.

An example would be a game that does not have an API and needs computer usage only. The computer tool would be able to find the required information outside of API tools
