Excel Notes: Edit Item options will be enhanced about Services option - only for admin
TODO:

  1. Add a new Service option into Edit Item page - only for admin
  2. Create a new page for managing the services for the Item. Services are loaded from the configuration and for every service will be rendered table with redirect values and buttons Update, Deactivate.
  3. After every update will be sent an email for the admin
  4. Update featured service rest repository to manage featured services in the Item
  5. Create tests
