add in "link" ability to parse HTML files and/or Google docs #6

leave this out for 1.0 release but in future would be great to have ability to paste link and it would

  1. parse HTML file if it's web file
  2. parse Google doc if it's google doc

not crucial for now

+1 - i'd love to be able to go to something like https://databasic.io/en/wtfcsv/url?u=https://publiclab.org/114735.csv -- and be able to view the CSV from there. I would love to have a little WTFcsv icon to click on to open it up. Love the site; happy to see if I can implement this if pointed at the right part of the code!

Ah and if implementation in WTFcsv is separate enough from the other services, this might be a separate issue.
