Make Email address column sortable on take attendance page.

Hello, a teacher had reached out about the possibility of making the email address column sortable on the Attendance activity's "Take" page where you take the attendance. Wanted to add that here as an Enhancement request.

Note that this column only appears when it is selected in the field "Show User Identity" on the "User Policies" site administration page.
