Plus accounts failing to change photos at set speed when using Google Photos.

It was determined that with the Plus account, the Predefined Screen updates photos once every 30 seconds, and Custom Screens update photos once every 15 seconds even when photo change speeds are set faster. This appears to only happen with Google Authenticate accounts

Steps to recreate:

1. Using an account with a Plus Subscription level add a Google Photo account
2. Set your Photos to cycle faster than 30 seconds on Predefined Screens or faster than 15 seconds on a Custom Screen
3. Photos will take longer than the set time to change

Workaround:

Use any other Photo Source.
