Duplicate text blocks have no formatting until page refresh/modal save

Describe the bug
In custom screen live editor, if a text block with formatting is duplicated formatting does not appear. Only after opening the block editor modal and saving or refreshing the page does the editing display.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Access custom screen
2. Create text block, apply formatting to the block and save
3. In the editor, duplicate the block
4. Note that formatting in the new block is not applied

Expected behavior
Expect that after block is duplicated, formatting is applied immediately.

Additional context
Workaround exists. Refreshing the browser window, or opening and saving the block editor will apply formatting
