Live Layout Editor - Re-Render w/o Reloading when an Auto-Orienting Block Changes its Dimensions

Some block types auto-orient their layout based on whether the height or width is its larger dimension.
However, currently, within the Live Layout Editor, these blocks do not refresh their content unless the full page is reloaded.

With a recently upcoming addition to the code, we can now use a "block resize" event to refresh these auto-orienting blocks when their orientation gets flipped:

• Agenda Calendar
• Weather
