Split bounties

If a bounty is to be paid out and the eliminating pot is split due to there being a tie, split the bounty.

That's how PokerStars does it and it is more fair than what mb2 currently does. Here's an example (from HH20250102 T3838880474 No Limit Hold'em 8.8M + 1.2M.txt) of a split bounty from PS:

Our Hero collected 609 from pot
Another Jackhole collected 608 from pot
Our Hero wins 1650000 for splitting the elimination of deadguy and their own bounty increases by 1650000 to 6050000
Another Jackhole wins 1650000 for splitting the elimination of deadguy and their own bounty increases by 1650000 to 6050000
