steps to reproduce:

  1. Open test page: https://coliff.github.io/freshdesk-messaging-facade/
  2. Open Dev Tools and view Network tab
  3. hover over the widget embed in the bottom right a few times and observe that widget.js is loaded multiple times.

Ideally widget.js should only load once.
