Check for new scenes, then add to queue

Could do this by either checking the text file for new scenes or checking the scenes directory in .chunky. Could implement both if the system could be switched between each or have it off completely.

Could be useful for an indirect way of completely automated rendering by syncing files across to another PC with a Dropbox / BTSync-like program.
