Add support for reboot before Sysprep

Hello Colby,
It seems like some of the installed software from choco needs a restart. Unfortunately I can't figure out a way to work with bake and a restart at the end of the process and before the sysprep sequence.
Sysprep fails with:
"YSPRP Sysprep_Clean_Validate_Opk:There are one or more Windows updates that require a reboot. To run Sysprep, reboot the computer and restart the application.[gle=0x000036b7]"
I tried using restart within powershell but the powershell part happens before choco.

Could this functionality be implemented?
