I created a python script (findBadModT9.py) which executes the tasks in cmstrack9
dumping the following information in txt files. (SEinPRBadMod.txt and PCLBadMod.txt)

1. Modules which are bad in the PCL and which are NOT bad in the DQM (express)
2. Modules which are bad in the DQM (express) and which are still bad in DQM prompt (not because they are masked by the PCL)
   (so, StreamExpress directory must exist before running)
   the script TkMap_script_automatic_DB.sh execute such python script (i edited it to do such thing, DQM/SiStripMonitorClient)
