A new Pull Request was created by @hroskes (Heshy Roskes) for CMSSW_7_5_X.

Backport of #11828: No more cmsStage etc. scripts

It involves the following packages:

Alignment/OfflineValidation
MuonAnalysis/MomentumScaleCalibration
