Description

Build a pipeline that tests LME install on both Ubuntu 22.04 and 24.04

Acceptance Criteria

  • Pipeline is built that builds a docker install for 22.04 and 24.04
  • Limited testing in place in this pipeline. All services are up and connected (not the full/comprehensive testing we typically)
  • A framework is in place for @rishagg01 to utilize
