The chai-string plugin has the equalIgnoreCase and containIgnoreCase methods, but no startWithIgnoreCase or endWithIgnoreCase which could be also handy.

Hey @alekdavis, I think you want to make this feature request in https://github.com/onechiporenko/chai-string, although that repo hasn't had a lot of commits lately.

@koddsson I do not see anything happening in that repo in quite long while. You think there is a chance there?

I'm not sure, but we don't have any control over the plugin, so I can't help you in that regard.

OK, I added an issue to Oleg's repo, and will close this one. If Oleg is not available, maybe I will clone the repo and add methods myself for a new plugin. But it would be much better if chai had the chai-sting functionality built-in, so no additional plugins would be required. And chai-subset would be great also. :-)

chai-subset functionality should already be available (maybe we still haven't cut a release for it) since #1664. I'd be happy to integrate chai-string if the original author gives their blessing.

That would be awesome!
