Errors span location #125

Is there anyway to specify where the errors span elements get appended? I would like to show all the errors above the form so it would be ideal to have a container(div) that will hold all the errors. Maybe we could pass in the container as a selector in the config and nod will use that element to append all error span elements?

I didn't see this at all until now. I'm so sorry; I've really been away from this project. I still sort of am; but I'll see what I can do, timewise.
