npm i typescript --save-dev npx tsc --init

create a project based on Google TypeScript Style (gts) to Lint and Correct Your Code**

npm i gts --save-dev npx gts init

compite typescript code intoJS

npx tsc

to save the js files in a different folder, set it in the outDir property add tsconfig.json
