[CAL-5181] For org admins, we don't consider bookings as attendee for the user in bookings list

In the bookings list (eg; bookings/upcoming) we do not consider the bookings where user is an attendee, in case of org admins. This boils down to the filter used in case of org admins. This works perfectly fine for regular users as they don't have the user filter in place as part of the query.
