I think there are some plugins for this, fake ap + mitm + DNS spoof, cool!!

You can set up a fake AP using the wifi hotspot option of your rom. Then when this #240 be ready to be merged, you'll be able to use the MITM modules :)

If you agree close the issue as the AP option is already possible configuring it just from the network settings of android. Otherwise explain yourself more in detail.
