In testing cBioPortal/cbioportal-frontend#4588, I've noticed a few data issues that I think need updating:

In MSK-IMPACT 2017 (and possibly others, but I haven't looked), the Event Info for some variants is 'EGFR-interganic' but should be 'EGFR-intragenic', eg P-0006768-T01-IM5
In MSK-IMPACT 2017 (and possibly others, but I haven't looked), Gene2 seems to be blank when there is an intragenic event (or put another way, when Gene1 & Gene2 are the same, Gene2 is blank), eg the example above or P-0005539-T01-IM5
