zstd cgo implementation missing from docker image

Upgrade from 2.4.3 to 2.5.0:

Unrecognized ZSTD implementation: cgo, supported: map[go:{}]

Edit:
It's stop working starting from 2.4.4, in linux/amd64 image only (However, linux/arm64 image works)
