an odd one: can't grab and move window after menu click

Describe the issue you encountered:
can't grab and move Brave after clicking menu dropdown, it's wacky :)

Win7 x64
Brave 0.12.6

• Steps to reproduce:
  1. grab Brave window with mouse pointer (anywhere near yellow X) and move Brave around
  2. click History or other menu
  3. can no longer grab and move Brave, until problem eventually clears for some unknown reason
  4. but you can immediately end the problem by clicking in url bar so that url is highlighted
  5. clicking in content area doesn't seem to help
