Fix missing required db_cluster_instance_class variable for multi a-z rds cluster (cloudposse#147)

* Adding db_cluster_instance_class variable when setting up multi a-z rds cluster

* fixed description for var

* Auto Format

* Setting it to null, since we dont want it to be set for non multi a-z

* Auto Format
