It would be awesome to support also the equirectangular view of our planet.

Just like the DesktopEarth does on Windows.

Is it possible to get such images from the source you use?

Hi @fracz, the Himawari satellite is a geostationary weather satellite of the National Institute of Information and Communications Technology, so I think what you have in mind is not possible. Or do I misunderstand you?
