Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Unable to classify Contigs & MAGs with Kaiju, i.e. qiime annotate classify-kaiju, as the action does not accept: SampleData[Contigs] | FeatureData[MAG] | SampleData[MAGs].

Describe the solution you'd like
Be able to classify contigs & MAGs with Kaiju.

Describe alternatives you've considered
qiime annotate classify-kraken2

Additional context
I am interested in comparing Kaiju and Kraken2 Contig & MAG classifications.
