Hi - love this project. Exactly what I needed. Unfortunately, being a non-Express-expert, a few things were tricky to figure out. Would you be open to a PR elaborating on some things in the main readme? Ie what to put the subdomain routing after (middleware), what to put it before (main app routing), etc.

@arackaf Hey apologies for the delay, it got lost in my notifications - Im not actively maintaining this project, I'd consider it done. I will happily accept PR's for the readme / patches 👍
