[Support]: Review calendar "mark as reviewed" bug

Describe the problem you are having

On the review page, when I open the calendar to bring up dates in the past, there is a red dot under February 20th, indicating there are clips to review for that day. I have previously clicked "mark all as reviewed" for this date. When I click on that date, there are no clips to review, but in the upper left, the "Alerts" count shows 1. Problem persisted through upgrade from 0.14 to 0.15.

Did you upgrade from 0.14 to 0.15 on 20-Feb?

No other instances of this happening other than on the 20th.

I reviewed the items on the 20th on the 21st. The discrepancy has been happening since then.
