addInput and addOutput are public APIs, so I think you should export the public param types too.

I will use these types because I need to define functions like

function buildPsbtInput(...params: MyParams): PsbtInputExtended {
  // implementation
}

const input = buildPsbtInput(myParams);
psbt.addInput(input);
