I just started using the newbilboMD application and I am only able to extract a single conformation as the last pdb file in the run each time I set up a simulation. Is this a common occurance at the moment or am I doing something wrong with the new application? In the Pelikan et al., 2009 reference paper, was BilboMD used to generate the host of different conformations and then MES was performed after, or am I misinterpreting the paper. Thank you!
