As a PSU Team Member I want a place to host my Shiny appSo That others can play with it, without having access to my machine

Acceptance Criteria

  • Create a Sandbox/Innovation Space that PSU members can upload their apps
  • Allow for the hosting of a Shiny app
  • New front end to display the UI
  • Enable these apps to access the weather & SFMS data that the Agile PSU has access to via an API
