Describe the task
Add a Hamburger Menu on the Mobile App to include the Outgoing Links

Acceptance Criteria

  • Include standard BC Gov recommended links (mimic the footer of the PSU Insights app)
  • Menu slides out from the right hand side
  • Include a close button [ X ]

Additional context

  • Buttons at the bottom of the app are for internal navigation
  • Or here
