As a member of the public, I expect to see a useful summary of inspections on BCMI and be provided links to NRCED to see all available information.

Additional Context

We want to direct users to NRCED to see a full picture of available information.
Publish BCMI records to NRCED #1274 There is most likely a per-requisit ticket that needs to be completed first

Acceptance Criteria

When the compliance and enforcement tab is opened in BCMI show a summary (Such as last updated) of inspection information from NRCED

Followup with SO. Need more information regarding how the information is summarized and what information is to be shown.
