Publish info of different storage options on the productinfo API

Different instance types have different storage option characteristics.

some examples:

• On EC2 there is ephemeral instance storage for some instance types, and it can be an important option when selecting a VM (e.g. selecting D2 types for tasks that require lots of fast storage).
• Azure has premium storage available for some VM types and limits the number of attachable disks for a VM type.

These are only examples, but there could be additional storage limitations (like max IOPS or throughput) that may be worth storing and publishing on the API.

Discover these options for the cloud providers, find a common representation (if possible) and add it to the API and the UI.
