bug: Error en registro del catálogo Código Postal de JSON #5

Hola estimados.

Existe un registro erróneo en el catálogo de código postal, que agrega la cabecera del libro "c_CodigoPostal_Parte_2"

el registro indebido tiene índice 04, y la clave del estado 01, está entre los registros 24279 y 24280.

corrijo, entre id: 64279 y id: 64280.
