uv version: 0.1.6
Platform: Mac M1 (Apple Silicone)
I have a package stored in AWS CodeArtifact which I'd like to install through uv, but it appears uv is not able to find the dependency. The index is being added the same way we do it with pip. Here's the command I'm using:

╰─▶ Because there is no version of glow-py==1.1.2+etx and you require glow-py==1.1.2+etx, we can conclude that the requirements are unsatisfiable.
It seems that perhaps it isn't using the index passed through the --extra-index-url flag? Interestingly, using --index-url seems to work, but does not satisfy my use case as the dependencies in my pyproject.toml include dependencies that should be installed through pypi and CodeArtifact, with pypi being preferred as the primary source (meaning most dependencies should be pulled directly from pypi, while only a few should be pulled from CodeArtifact). Transitive dependencies also should be resolved from pypi.
I also tried passing the extra index via the UV_EXTRA_INDEX_URL env var, with the same result.
