Cannot install on 19.02 for deprecated vars in modOblyon.class.php

I cannot activate oblyon 3.0.3 on a fresh 19.02 installation

pop-up error message is: An error occurred while copying the theme Oblyon

debug bar error messages are:

Creation of dynamic property modoblyon::$editor_web is deprecated ([…]/htdocs/custom/oblyon/core/modules/modOblyon.class.php:49)
DEPRECATEDCreation of dynamic property modoblyon::$editor_email is deprecated ([…]/htdocs/custom/oblyon/core/modules/modOblyon.class.php:51)
DEPRECATEDCreation of dynamic property modoblyon::$special is deprecated ([…]/htdocs/custom/oblyon/core/modules/modOblyon.class.php:60)

However - other former dolibarr instalallation updated to 19.02 or even 20.beta continue well with Oblyon 3.0.3

I just find it outr about the error messages:
The point is the new insztallation procedure: Whereas the former oblyyon installation demanded an upoload og the theme folder to htdocs/theme/oblyon the newer versions just need an uplad to htdocs/custom/oblyon including the folder themeoblyon -
My other (updated) version ppoint at database-level still to htdcos/theme/oblyon - here it is necessary tpo continue the same parh (or alternatively change the path-to-oblyon at database level). The newer oblyon version with fresh install write directöy themeoblyon to htdocs/custom/oblyon/themeoblyon
