i'm not getting this, what version of gstreamer are you using?

Have the same issue using rythmbox on Linux Mint 18.3 Cinnamon:

(rhythmbox:6597): GStreamer-CRITICAL **: gst_segment_to_stream_time: assertion 'segment->format == format' failed

rythmbox then freezes, playback stopps. In these cases I'm playing music from a samba share.
