AGP-73: Flock Funding for Autark

Address of the transfer recipient

We request funds to be sent to the multisig 0xa8782136554fE991F1fFE65BE581C4212A270465. This multisig will be used for the cold storage of received funds.

Amount of the transfer

• 1,600,000 DAI [or any other stable assets, such as fiat].
• 487,500 ANT

Number and frequency of transfers

1. The 1,600,000 DAI payment will be divided into 4 equal payments.

We expect to be paid 400,000 DAI on a quarterly basis, with each payment disbursed no later than the following dates:

• Monday, 5 August 2019
• Monday, 4 November 2019
• Monday, 3 February 2020
• Monday, 4 May 2020

2. The 487,500 ANT payment is going to vest over the next 4 years, with a 1 year cliff.

Accordingly, 25% of this ANT allocation will be vested every year, as such:
