Please split programs in separate git repos #4

It would be more manageable to split each program in a separate git repository.
With the current structure, if it is needed to tag itools only, Github will create a single tarball for the whole repository not just itools.

I created a local repository for itools, based on its current history in this repo.
@linostar could you create an empty repository for itools so that I can push to.
