currently we only have certify fields for dataset and metrics, not columns and calculated columns, which help team understand the quality and source of the object. It would be nice to have the certification functionality consistently across the board.

cc @kgabryje @zhaoyongjie since you guys will be touching this area as well. Let's keep UI changes lightweight, until the Edit dataset modal redesign :)
